Allison Street Addition

The homeowners were looking to create a more open floor plan in their Northampton cape. The project consisted of excavating the rear property, pouring foundation, and creating an addition that was tied to the existing building. Structural modifications were made to support the new open floor plan.

Keiter installed sheetrock, a hardwood floor, a new sourced kitchen, countertops, decorative lighting and controls and also windows, siding, and a roof. The resulting new kitchen addition and expanded dining area give a modern update to this classic cape.
