Amherst Addition

This young family living in Amherst had beautiful conservation land behind their back yard. Working in partnership with C&H Architects the ground floor was reconfigured and opened up to maximize views out the back while maintaining the street-side character of the property (the home was within the Amherst Historic District).

The new Living/Dining/Kitchen areas flow seamlessly into each other while showcasing the owner’s mid-century furniture holdings.
