Keiter partnered with Bruce Voltz and Tony Clarke to double the size of their offices and production facility in Northampton, MA. VCA, Inc. has a long history of building high-end custom furniture and millwork for clients all over the United States. They could see that their future growth would be compromised if they did not expand their facilities.

The Project added 15,000 SF of shop space and new offices to double their footprint in the Hospital Hill mixed-use development neighborhood.

Features included clear-span steel truss framing giving the shop space the flexibility to adapt to different production requirements, radiant floor heating for maximum employee comfort, and lots of natural light to keep everyone’s mood elevated. The scope of work also included significant sitework, doubling their parking capacity and offering a second way for tractor trailers to load and move product efficiently.
