Valley CDC – Amherst Community Homes

Amherst Community Homes is a landmark 30-unit affordable housing development located in North Amherst, Massachusetts. Designed as an energy-efficient pocket neighborhood, the project converted a former agricultural parcel into 15 duplex structures, creating a vital, sustainable path to first-time homeownership for local families.

We executed the project on a 16-month timeline, serving as the construction manager and overseeing complex site development, high-performance building practices, and collaboration among public and private stakeholders.
