Keiter Builders converted an existing 6000 square foot building into a marijuana dispensary with a flex space for future tenants or a restaurant. The renovation involved demolishing the existing restaurant, opening perimeter walls for new storefront systems, structural upgrades to existing roof joists, a full roof replacement, new underground sanitary lines, all new plumbing, mechanical work, electrical work, a 60kva generator, an addressable fire alarm system and a state-of-the-art security system.

Additional high-end finishes included lighting with smart controls, custom millwork drawers and cabinets and a circular craft bar with an interactive overhead display menu. The project was completed in a challenging 4-month timeline to meet the Owners’ CCC requirements for review and approval to open and operate
