Smith College — Summer Upgrades

Keiter worked closely with Smith College and Jablonski DeVriese Architects to design and develop a plan to concentrate a significant amount of construction work into a 10-week time period. This project was logistically complicated given that it spanned across six buildings located around campus.

This project consisted of various interior finish upgrades in six dormitories, relocating laundry rooms, bathroom upgrades, window replacements, and roof repairs
