Smith College – Parsons House

Over 18 months, Keiter managed a complete dormitory renovation that included major structural modifications, code upgrades, the addition of an elevator, and extensive site work. This historic 35-room dormitory was completely overhauled with new windows, interior walls and ceilings, MEP/FP systems, and building envelope improvements. Sitework by Hatfield Construction included exterior drainage, new water lines and utilities, landscaping, retaining walls, site lighting, and repaved driveway and walkways.
