1-3 Bridgeman Lane underwent a complete transformation from a historic structure into two modern, high-quality, high-efficiency apartments designated for faculty housing.
The project included a full interior gut renovation, delivering fully updated floor plans featuring custom kitchens, quartz countertops, modern fixtures, and refined wood finishes. On the exterior, the building received comprehensive updates, including new architectural roofing, energy-efficient wall assemblies, new high-efficiency windows, redesigned hardscaping, dedicated parking, and restored porch entries. The resulting residence balances contemporary comfort and functional design for campus faculty while enhancing the surrounding grounds.
