Hatfield The Round House

We teamed with Deltec Homes and several other local vendors and subcontractors to create this semi-custom retirement home. The project was completed on time and in budget despite limited spatial arrangement options due to water way setbacks.

The project consisted of lot clearing, excavation and grading for new lot development and forming and pouring the new slab on grade foundation. The pre-manufactured house was built according to Deltec assembly standards. The interior was built out with custom hardwood floors, a spring dance floor, a custom kitchen and cabinetry throughout. The HVAC system consisted of a high efficiency ERV and dual mini splits. The electrical lighting was a custom package from HZ that included a dimming track with spotlights and dimming downlights. The entry included a dimmable custom glass abstract chandelier. The house is designed and built in a way to provide full interior circular space use without the need for structural demising walls. The final product creates an extremely open and useable space perfect for the client to host their old English dance parties on their custom suspended dance floor system
