DC Station

Keiter is proud to have served as the General Contractor for the DC Station project, a modern, high-performance commercial and sustainable energy hub in Northampton.
This project involved transforming a former gas station and used car lot into a state-of-the-art facility, successfully executing the complex, energy-efficient building plan developed by Kuhn Riddle Architects and Berkshire Design Group. Completed in 2025, the 4,800-square-foot facility features a striking, minimalist structure with a white façade, demanding precise construction and coordination.
Keiter’s scope included managing the transition of the difficult site, delivering the energy-efficient building envelope, and preparing the structure and site for advanced technological infrastructure, including rooftop solar panel arrays and the integration of Level 3 DC fast-charging technology. This landmark project showcases Keiter’s expertise in delivering architecturally significant and sustainable commercial developments that support modern community and environmental goals.
