Cutchins Programs – New Student Housing and Program Buildings

Three Rivers is a Clinically Intensive Residential Treatment Program (CIRT) in Massachusetts serving children 6-12 years old and their families. Keiter worked with Cutchins to build a new 4,500 SF residential building with bedrooms, a commercial kitchen, dining and multipurpose space, nurses station, and visitor’s suite. Additional work included the renovation of an existing house into a new learning center with classrooms, offices, and ADA upgrades.
