Chesterfield Road New Home

This project started out as a “spec” house and was sold to young urban transplants even before the concrete foundation was complete. They wanted country living within reach of city amenities. Sitting at the end of a casually long driveway the home feels completely private from the main road. Large windows reference the local farmhouse vernacular and keep the home filled with light.
