Amherst Sunroom Addition

The homeowners were looking to create an architectural bridge connecting the interior of the home to the rear patio and yard. The project consisted of building a sunroom addition, an enlarged patio deck made from Goshen stone, a Goshen stone wall, new cedar fencing, and the relocation of an existing hot tub.

The sunroom addition gives the feeling of an English conservatory with classic windows on all three sides. It also includes dedicated plumbing for a wet bar and its own mini split heat pump. The new Goshen stone patio provides ample seating, and one of the Goshen stone walls has an integrated gas grill. The addition and patio created an upgraded space for the home that is ideal for entertaining.
