Site Superintendent – Hatfield Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing site work on residential, commercial, and municipal projects
Follow the project specifications, contract, and budget
Schedule all project activities surrounding equipment, materials, crew members, and subcontractors
Act as a liaison between the project manager, project team, and owner
Oversee and lead employee and subcontractor activities
Maintain a high standard of customer service with the owner, the subcontractors, and the project team
Responsible for following and enforcing the company’s safety procedures
Schedule and attend project meetings with all stakeholders
Maintain the project scope and schedule and communicate any changes or updates to the project team
Follow the company values within the organization and the community
Ensure the job site is neat and secure
Manage the project’s onsite plans, sketches, and job site photos
Log time and material data into company software programs
Manage the punch list
Responsible for following OSHA rules and regulations
