Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from contract to completion. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget and schedule
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Develop, track and update project schedule
• Subcontractor coordination and procurement
• Project accounting
• Track scope changes and communicate with project team
• Maintain project safety / OSHA compliance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• 10+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge in commercial and residential construction
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and engineering principles
• MA CSL preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
