Foreman – Hatfield Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team to meet standards of safety and quality
• Responsible for managing job site activities being mindful of schedule and budget
• Communicate changes and updates with the project team, customers, and subcontractors
• Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to excavators, loaders, dozers, compactors, and skid steers
• Perform general labor surrounding site development, including but not limited to concrete, land clearing, grading, cast-in-place concrete, underground utilities, and landscaping
• Assist with equipment maintenance
• Document project information both written and digital
• Teach and mentor crew members
• Responsible for following OSHA rules and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS
Licenses and Certification

• Valid CDL driver’s license
• Valid Hoisters 2A
• OSHA 30

Experience     

• 5+ years working on similar construction projects
• 2 + years in a similar role
