Safety is Our Constant Companion
In order to ensure the health and protection of our team and our communities at Keiter, we maintain and constantly fortify a culture of safety that runs through every division of our company. This includes diligence in respect to our existing policies, and a commitment to continuous improvement and adjustment to new challenges such as COVID-19. By focusing on safety at all levels and all stages of every project, our intention is to ensure that no employee is required to work under any conditions which are hazardous or unsanitary.
Licensed, insured, and bonded
We continually improve our safety processes to provide a safe and healthy workplace for our entire staff. At minimum, we require our employees to obtain a 10-hour OSHA certification, and our in-house safety program offers additional training in areas such as manlift operation, fall prevention, working with lead paint, and respiratory protection. We also carry full liability and workman’s compensation insurance, and hold the following state licenses:
