Optical Studio Addition & Renovation

The Optical Studio, a personalized eye care practice, was first opened by Dr. Maribeth Erb in 1993. Since then, the business has continued to expand and needed a way to service its growing client base. Thomas Douglas Architects were brought on board to design a new addition and renovation of the existing office area.

As a General Contractor, Keiter managed the construction process from start to finish. To maintain business operations, the project was phased—a very tight site made for a logistically complicated project. The new addition doubled the size of their operation!
