This renovation transformed a former warehouse into a highly functional 5,000-square-foot office space and 6,000+ square-foot warehouse space. The project included the installation of new walls to fill in two overhead doors, converting the open floor plan into distinct areas that meet the company’s operational needs. Key updates included the addition of windows, new doors, and overhead doors, along with a complete overhaul of the metal siding, roof, and MEP systems. The newly designed space features a modern office area, training center, bathrooms, and a kitchenette while maintaining a dedicated warehouse area for material storage and sheet metal breaking. This renovation provides the company with a professional, collaborative environment where teams can work seamlessly under one roof.
