Beaver Brook New Home

Keiter Homes worked closely with the homeowners and designer throughout the project to create this custom mid-century modern home with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. This home boasts beautiful interior features including a vaulted ceiling in the living room that opens the back of the house up to conservation woods.

Twelve-foot windows flood the living room, dining room, and kitchen with sunlight. A full walk-out basement was built on the sloping site with an additional set of windows. Workroom Design Studio also worked with the homeowners to choose tile and wallpaper that added to the colorful and whimsical features of the project.
