Green Street Complex

Owned by Smith College, the 14 Green Street complex is comprised of six separate commercial spaces.  This 16,000 SF building suffered serious fire and water damage.  Keiter was hired as a construction manager to assist with design development and construction.  Our services included design-build and engineering services for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.  Due to the age and condition of the building, work included significant structural, seismic, and code upgrades.
