Keiter worked with The Roost Cafe and C&H Architects to make interior structural upgrades, interior redesign, and update both entrances, making one ADA compliant. The work included the demolition of exterior walls, the addition of full-height folding windows to allow for more flexible indoor/outdoor seating arrangements, the construction of a new accessible ramp, and the installation of new storefront windows and doors.
